IAFF Contracts
The People & Culture Department is responsible for the administration and interpretation of the collective bargaining agreement between the Town and the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF), Local 2928.
The IAFF represents the professional firefighters/EMT, firefighter/paramedic, firefighter/EMT/driver operator, and firefighter/paramedic/driver-operator.
